• All bookings will include $500 cleaning fee, state occupancy tax and damage deposit.

• Signed rental agreement and liability release are required.

• No outside guests or parties without prior approval.

• The Retreat at Tall Tree never provides or sells alcohol.

• At this time, we are only accepting reservations for the full property. Requests for individual home rentals will be considered on a case-by-case basis. .
